1. Made-to-Order Products
All Crown Style items are custom-made per order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (e.g., wrong size or preference).

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund—no need to return the product Printful+1.
3. Failed Delivery or Wrong Address
If an order is undelivered due to incorrect shipping details or carrier issues, we can reship the order—depending on scenario, shipping may incur costs. We’ll notify you when the item is returned to our facility and held for 30 days before donation or disposal PrintfulPrintful.
